Is there a fee to use your service? If not how do you get paid?

There is never any fee to our candidates at all. Both local facilities and national companies pay us to bring them qualified candidates as we are professional medical recruiters. We basically work as an extension of their human resources department that they only have to pay upon a successful hire.

I am getting calls constantly from all kinds of recruiting companies. Why should I work with American Staffing Professionals?

There are many different medical recruiting companies out there and it can get very confusing but what sets us apart from the rest of the pack is our level of personal service. Most companies treat you like a piece of equipment on an assembly line or as nothing more than a potential dollar sign. We know you are a unique person with wants, needs and desires all your own and we will tailor fit our recruiting process to work for you. If you can only speak to us after our traditional hours or on weekends we will do whatever we have to do to accommodate you and be there for you when you need us. We don't want you to look at us as a faceless voice behind a phone but as a true friend that will be there for you before, during and after your job search to help you in any way needed. That is what sets us apart from all of the rest.

Does working with American Staffing Professionals negatively affect the salary that I will be able to attain should I accept employment with one of your clients?

NOT AT ALL!!! In fact due to the close personal relationships that we have with our clients and the extra work we do on this end for them we are in most cases able to get you 10 to 20% MORE than if you were to apply for a position on your own.

Do I have to sign an exclusive agreement to work with American Staffing Professionals?

NEVER! Many recruiting companies will ask you to sign some sort of contract with them but we will never do that. You are free to apply for any positions you wish and to work with any other recruiting firms you want and if for some reason we are unable to match you up with an ideal position than we are just glad that you have found something that pleases you and we will let you know that if for some reason you decide you are not happy in the position you have chosen that we will ALWAYS be here to help you!

Do you offer a referral bonus if I send my friends and colleagues to you?

YES! Have your friends call us or send their resumes to us with them mentioning that they were referred by you and when we place them successfully in a new position we will send you a check for $1000!
